Samsung continues to receive recognition for its customer satisfaction efforts in North America, while its flagships maintain a favorable perception among customers in this key market.
The 2026 American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (ASCI) has ranked Samsung as number one in customer satisfaction among phone manufacturers.
ASCI is a survey of customers who rate their own cell phone manufacturer. The responses that placed Samsung at the top spot thus came from people who are satisfied existing customers of Samsung products.
Samsung has clinched the top spot in the 2026 survey with an ASCI score of 81. Its current flagship, the Galaxy S26 Ultra, has been further recognized as the top-rated phone among leading manufacturers by Consumer Reports.
Samsung was recognized highly in the ASCI survey for delivering satisfaction on the values that customers want the most, including reliability, call quality, battery life, ease of use, and design.
Consumer Reports similarly found that the Galaxy S26 Ultra was best in class for the durability, user experience, battery, and hardware performance that it provides. Both these recognitions underscore Samsung's firm commitment to delivering premium user experiences across its entire range of devices, including the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
The company continues to enhance the capabilities of its mobile products with powerful new AI features which are backed by persistent hardware improvements, such as the Privacy Display introduced with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, and design innovations.
