AR Emoji Editor update brings S Pen and usability improvements

Samsung has released an update to many of its stock Android apps. One such app is the AR Emoji Editor, which has multiple usability improvements.

This new app update includes improvements to using the S Pen to create AR emojis, so it will benefit all Galaxy Note, newer Galaxy S Ultra, and Galaxy Tab devices.

AR Emoji Editor update improves S Pen usability as well as filtering and sorting

The AR Emoji Editor app that comes pre-installed on all Galaxy devices has received a new update. The update comes with version number 6.2.00.7 and has a download size of around 214MB. This new update can be installed on compatible Galaxy smartphones and tablets via the Galaxy Store.

According to the official changelog, the new version of the AR Emoji Editor improves S Pen usability. This should help create and edit AR Emojis on devices compatible with the S Pen. The update also improves the filter and sort options for browsing through AR Emoji characters and decorative items.

The new version of the AR Emoji Editor also improves the feature that allows users to create their AR Emojis using real photos. With this improvement, AR Emojis created using real images of people should now look closer to reality.

With the One UI 6.1 update, AR Emojis received more integration within One UI. You can watch the new features in our video below.

Samsung has released updates to other stock apps, including Modes & Routines, Parental Controls, Reminder, Samsung Calendar, and Smart Suggestions. You can download all those updates on your Galaxy phone or Galaxy Tab series devices through the Galaxy Store app.
