Samsung is all set to introduce the world to a new wearable category with the Galaxy Ring. We have been hearing about the company's smart ring for a long time, and Samsung has done everything it can to make sure no leaks ruin the surprise, similar to how it kept the first Galaxy Fold a secret.
Samsung teased the Galaxy Ring for the first time in January during the Galaxy S24 launch event, and the Korean giant is now giving us more details about the smart ring at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona.
Samsung still isn't ready to fully unveil information about the Galaxy Ring's specs, but it has shared a couple of product photos that show us the beautiful design, which you can check out above and below.
When is the Galaxy Ring hitting retail shelves? All Samsung is saying right now is that the Galaxy Ring is coming later this year, so we could be waiting a few months. The price is a mystery as well.
Samsung's next flagship phone launch will be the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in the second half of the year, and it's possible the Ring will accompany the new foldables. A dedicated event just for the Galaxy Ring seems a little unlikely, though nothing is set in stone at this time.
