Since Unpacked 2024 in Paris, Samsung has drawn much attention to its two latest smartwatches, i.e., the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. However, there is a third option for customers who want a Samsung Galaxy Watch from the Wear OS generation without spending too much. And now, it's available for an even lower price than usual.
In case you're wondering, that third option is called the Galaxy Watch FE. It was released for $199 just a few weeks before its more powerful siblings hit the stage in Paris.
Now, the Galaxy Watch FE is available at a $20 discount without a trade-in. However, you can save an extra $100 through Samsung's trade-in program. In fact, Samsung offers a flat $100 discount if you exchange any of the eligible wearables, including old wearables such as:
- Gear S3
- Gear Fit 2
- Galaxy Watch
- Galaxy Watch Active and Active 2
- Galaxy Watch 3 and all its sequels
So, thanks to the flat $20 discount and the $100 trade-in deal, you can now upgrade to the Galaxy Watch FE for as low as $79 outright or $6.67 per month over 12 months with Samsung Financing.
But before you do, it's important to know that even though the Galaxy Watch FE was announced and released this summer, it isn't technically superior than all of the Galaxy Watches that came before it. It is, in fact, a rebranded Galaxy Watch 4 with a sapphire crystal screen protection instead of Gorilla Glass DX+.
Nevertheless, if you're looking for a reasonably priced smartwatch and want to save $20 or upgrade from an older model for cheap, this Galaxy Watch FE offer is more than worth considering. Hit the buy button below for more details.
