The latest software update for the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra comes with firmware version G98xUSQU2FVC5. The update is rolling out to the carrier-locked models in the US. Other variants of the phones will get the update over the next few weeks. The update also brings the March 2022 security patch that fixes over 50 security vulnerabilities.

If you have a carrier-locked version of a Galaxy S20 series smartphone in the US, you can now check for the One UI 4.1 update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. The image editor also allows you to add portrait effects to any image with a person in it. You can also adjust the lighting in portrait images.

With the new update, Samsung has added the ability to share images and videos as a single link and the feature that turns a picture of scenery into a 24-hour time-lapse video. Smart Switch offers more customizations, and Quick Share lets you share Wi-Fi network credentials with others.

The Samsung Keyboard app now offers language suggestions via Grammarly and more input options and layouts. You can share lost things via SmartThings Find so that you can find them with your friends or family. RAM Plus can be customized in One UI 4.1. Bixby Routines offers the ability to change Galaxy Watch 4 background and other settings.
