The Samsung W23 series was released in China as an exclusive foldable phone duo for the China Telecom network operator. The W23 and the W23 Flip are based on the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4, respectively, but they boast more RAM by default.
In addition, the W23 phones have a unique color combination and hinge finish. They also come with these new wallpapers. The W23 lineup won't be available anywhere else in the world, which means this is your only reasonable way to experience the exclusive wallpapers — outside of embarking on a quest to buy these W23 China Telecom devices through third-party websites.
