It's been almost a week since Samsung revealed its latest state-of-the-art foldable phones, smartwatches, and high-end tablets, and many of us are now looking forward to what the company has in store for early 2024 when the Galaxy S24 series will supposedly be released. But amid all this talk about premium phones, Samsung's preparing a few budget devices, one of which we spotted strolling through Bluetooth.
The Galaxy A05 is in the making. The sequel to the Galaxy A04 just passed through Bluetooth carrying model numbers SM-A055F / SM-A055F-DS and SM-A055M / SM-A055M-DS. If nothing else, two of these model numbers confirm that the Galaxy A05 has dual-SIM capabilities.
As usual, the Bluetooth database doesn't reveal much about the Galaxy A05 hardware other than Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity support.

When may Samsung release the Galaxy A05?
This is the first time the Galaxy A05 has shown up online, so it's too early to know when the budget phone will hit the market. Samsung hasn't said anything about the Galaxy A05 yet, and once it will, it probably won't make much fuss about it but release it somewhat quietly.
Our only point of reference at this moment is the Galaxy A04 and how it went on sale last year. Samsung announced the Galaxy A04 near the end of August and released it several weeks later, in October.
With that in mind, and with the phone reaching Bluetooth, there is a chance Samsung may want to introduce the Galaxy A05 to the market in a similar timeframe. The A05 could be announced later this month and released some weeks after. If so, more details are bound to emerge relatively soon. We'll keep you up to speed as soon as we find out more.
