Galaxy Unpacked 2020 is only a couple of days away and as if the recent wave of leaks wasn't enough to keep everyone's focus on the event, Samsung is doing its part by weighing in with a series of trailers.

The company's first official trailer for the event gave us a glimpse of the devices that are set to be unveiled this week, and now Samsung has launched a second official trailer for Galaxy Unpacked 2020 featuring the Galaxy Z Fold 2, the Galaxy Buds Live, and the Galaxy Watch 3.

The trailer is meant to tease New Powerful Experiences and leverages the presence of a number of celebrities including Myth, Khalid, and members of the K-pop supergroup BTS to get that point across. It even features TM Roh himself to lend more weight to the importance of the event.

Welcome to the Next Normal

While the trailer begins with an invitation to explore New Powerful Experiences, we're left with a final message that reads Welcome to the Next Normal. This bit of text appears to have been chosen carefully, as it not only invites people to get ready for a new standard in the mobile industry but also reminds fans of the brand that, for the first time in Samsung's history, Galaxy Unpacked 2020 will be carried out exclusively online without a physical crowd of fans and media representatives alike.

This decision to create a virtual Galaxy Unpacked event was made in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, but there is a chance that things may never be the same even when we will no longer need to promote social distancing. Samsung's first virtual launch event could be so successful that the company may never want to go back to the traditional formula. Time will tell. Until then, we look forward to Galaxy Unpacked 2020 and we're hoping it will be a success.
