The Galaxy A04 made its debut in August, while the Galaxy A04e was unveiled in October. They are available in a few countries, but India isn’t one of them. Earlier this month, we learned that Samsung could launch the Galaxy A04e in India. Now, a new report claims that it will also launch Galaxy A04 in the country while revealing the launch date and pricing of both phones.

According to Gadgets Now, Samsung will launch the Galaxy A04 and the Galaxy A04e in India this week. Citing sources in the industry, the publication claims that both phones will be priced in India under INR 10,000 (around $121). However, that’s not surprising, considering that the Galaxy A04e is priced at around INR 7,000 (~$85), whereas the Galaxy A04 costs around INR 8,000 (~$97) in other countries.

The Galaxy A04 features a 6.5-inch display with HD+ resolution and a V-shaped notch. Powering the smartphone is the Unisoc SC9863A processor. Internationally, the phone is available in 4GB+32GB, 6GB+64GB, and 8GB+128GB configurations. The phone gets a 50MP primary camera at the rear with a 2MP depth sensor and a 5MP selfie camera. It packs a 5,000mAh battery.

The Galaxy A04e is a slightly downgraded version of the Galaxy A04. Instead of the 50MP primary camera at the rear, it gets a 13MP unit. It also gets a different processor, the MediaTek Helio P35. The chipset lacks Wi-Fi 5 that you get with the Unisoc SC9863A chipset. Apart from these two things, the Galaxy A04e has the same features you get with the Galaxy A04.
