Two new budget smartphones have been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance and are all set to join Samsung's budget lineup. We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy A04 and A04s that have recently popped up on the Wi-Fi Alliance. The Galaxy A04 bears the model number SM-A045F, and it comes with dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi support.
The Galaxy A04 will run on Android 12 out of the box and will come with dual-SIM support as well. There are rumors that the Galaxy A04 lineup could include a third model too. This is because the previous-gen Galaxy A03 had three models, i.e., the Galaxy A03, A03s, and the Galaxy A03 Core. So, chances are that the Galaxy A04 Core could be in the pipeline.
A lot has already been revealed about the Galaxy A04s. Some unofficial high-definition renders have already popped up, and the device is all set to come powered by Samsung's in-house Exynos 850 SoC, as spotted on Geekbench. The Galaxy A04s is paired with 3GB of RAM and is a JDM device, meaning it will be developed in a partnership with Chinese manufacturers to bring down the cost.
