Galaxy A04s goes official in India with 90Hz display, 50MP camera

Samsung has launched a new affordable smartphone in India. The Galaxy A04s, which went official in Europe last month, is now available in India. The device has a big screen, a big battery, and a high-resolution rear camera. It comes in Black, Copper, and Green colors.

The Galaxy A04s is priced at INR 13,499 (around $170). It can be purchased through Samsung.com, Samsung authorized retail stores, and leading online stores. Samsung is also offering an instant cashback of INR 1,000 if the purchase is made using SBI Bank, One Card, and Slice cards.

Galaxy A04s features, specifications

The smartphone features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It comes equipped with the Exynos 850 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot (up to 1TB). The device runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 out of the box. It will get two major Android OS updates.

On the front, it has a 5MP camera. On the rear, the Galaxy A04s has a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. It supports up to 1080p video recording.

Connectivity features of the Galaxy A04s include a dual-SIM card slot, LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and supports up to 15W fast charging.
