Galaxy A04s gets updated with One UI 5.1, gains new features

Samsung has released the One UI 5.1 update to the Galaxy A04s. The entry-level smartphone received the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update three months ago. Now, the device is getting some additional features and improved performance with the new software update.

The One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy A04s comes with firmware version A047FXXU2CWBH. The update, which also brings the March 2023 security patch to the phone, is currently rolling out in various European countries. This new software's availability could expand to more countries worldwide within the next few days.

If you have a Galaxy A04s in Europe, check out the One UI 5.1 update by heading over to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. Alternatively, you can download the new firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.

Galaxy A04s One UI 5.1 update: New features

The One UI 5.1 update brings various new features, including improved Camera and Gallery apps. It also gets the new Battery widget that shows the battery charge level of the phone and its connected wireless devices. There is a new Dynamic Weather widget, improved search within the Samsung Internet app, and more.
