A little while ago, we got to see the full specifications of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A06 5G, which will be a 5G version of the Galaxy A06 from last year a rebranded version of the recently launched Galaxy F06 5G. Now, we have information about its configurations and prices for India.
On X, @yabhishekhd says that Samsung will launch the Galaxy A06 5G in India in three configurations, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. He claims that the company will price the 4GB+64GB model at INR 12,499, the 4GB+128GB variant at INR 13,999, and the 6GB+128GB version at 15,499, as you can see in the image below.
Galaxy A06 5G leaked specifications
To give you quick rundown of the Galaxy A06 5G’s specification, it will have a 6.7-inch HD+ 90Hz LCD, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, Android 15-based One UI 7.0 with four OS upgrades and four years of security updates, a 50MP + 2MP camera setup at the rear, an 8MP selfie camera, 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging, and water and dust resistance with IP54 rating.
Considering the price and the specifications of the upcoming Galaxy A-series phone, it could be one of the best entry-level phones. The previous leak also suggested the same, that it will beat its rivals in India in many aspects, including thickness, OS, connectivity, and the rear camera setup.
Unfortunately, we still don’t know when Samsung will launch the phone in the Indian market. However, considering the pace at which we’ve been seeing the phone's leaks and the information the leaks are bringing in, Samsung could launch the phone in the country in the next few days.
