Three weeks after Android 14 and One UI 6.0 were released for the 5G variant of the Galaxy A13, Samsung is rolling out the update to the 4G variant. The rollout of the Galaxy A13 One UI 6.0 update appears to have started in Korea, with no other market receiving it as of January 18.
While Samsung is now offering up to seven years of updates with the launch of the Galaxy S24 lineup, the Galaxy A13 is only eligible for two major OS upgrades and Android 14 will be its last. However, it may receive the One UI 6.1 update in the coming months before Samsung stops providing feature updates to the device.
The One UI 6.0 update comes with firmware version A135NKSU5DWL5 and should be downloadable over the air from the phone's Settings » Software update menu for Korean users. You can also expect the Android 14 firmware to be available in our firmware archive shortly.
For details on what features and improvements One UI 6.0 brings to Galaxy devices, check out the video below. Keep in mind that some features may be missing on the Galaxy A13 and other budget Samsung phones.
