Samsung's performance in rolling out the Android 13 update has been phenomenal so far. No other company has released the stable Android 13 update to as many phones as Samsung did. Today, the South Korean firm has released the Android 13 update to the Galaxy A13 5G in various European countries.
The Android 13 update for the Galaxy A13 5G comes with firmware version A136BXXU2BVK3. The update brings One UI 5.0 along with the November 2022 security patch. It is currently rolling out in Austria, Croatia, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and the UK. Other countries around the world could get the new update within the next few days.
If you are a Galaxy A13 5G user in any of the countries listed above, you can download and install the Android 13 update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
Samsung launched the Galaxy A13 5G in December 2021 with Android 11-based One UI Core 3.1.1 onboard. The device received the Android 12-based One UI Core 4.1 update six months ago. After the Android 13 update, the device could get one more Android OS update in the future.
