The Galaxy A13 5G is already set to bring 5G connectivity to an affordable price point, but that may not be the only fancy feature it could provide to those on a budget. An AT&T video about the Galaxy A13 5G that takes users through some basic functionality has been published online on YouTube and reveals that the phone might also have a high refresh rate screen.
The video doesn't outright mention a high refresh rate screen, but you can see the Motion smoothness option in the display menu at one point, suggesting that it will sport a 90Hz screen. All the leaks and rumors until now have not mentioned a 90Hz display so this is the first time we're hearing about it, but it's certainly welcome news and serves to make the A13 5G more interesting.
In addition to 5G support and super-smooth display action, the A13 5G could also have impressive performance for its segment, because like the Galaxy A22 5G, the A13 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. Some of its other features should include a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 5,000 mAh battery possibly with 25W charging, a 6.48-inch TFT screen, Android 11, and a headphone jack.
It's not known when the Galaxy A13 5G will be announced, but given the increasing frequency of leaks, it could arrive any day now.
