The Galaxy A41 has become the third Galaxy A-series smartphone to get the November 2021 security update. Earlier this week, Samsung had released the new security patch to the Galaxy A32 and the Galaxy A32 5G. The update is currently available only in Russia, but other markets are expected to get the update soon.
The latest update for the Galaxy A41 comes with firmware version A415FXXU1CUJ3. It brings the November 2021 security patch to the mid-range smartphone to fix dozens of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities. It might also contain general bug fixes and device stability improvements.
If you are a Galaxy A41 user in Russia, you might have received the update notification already. If you haven't received it yet, you can check for it manually by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy A41 Q1 2020 with Android 10-based One UI 2 onboard. The smartphone received the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 in April 2021.
