It was rumored that Samsung would launch its new Galaxy A series phones for 2023 in January or February. However, the company hasn't launched the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G yet. The specifications and design of the phones were leaked a few weeks ago, and now, the Galaxy A54's colors and storage variants have been leaked.
Tipster SnoopyTech (@_snoopytech_) has published color variants and memory configurations of the Galaxy A54 5G on Twitter. The upcoming smartphone will reportedly be available in four colors: Awesome Graphite, Awesome Lime, Awesome Violet, and Awesome White. It will be available in two storage variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The device will likely have a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
Leaked Galaxy A54 5G specifications
The smartphone has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung will equip the smartphone with the Exynos 1380 processor, featuring four Cortex-A78 CPU cores, four Cortex-A55 CPU cores, and the Mali-G68 GPU. The Galaxy A54 5G will come with Android 13-based One UI 5 pre-installed.
The Galaxy A54 5G is reported to have a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS and 4K video recording. It will also have a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 32MP selfie camera. The device can capture 4K videos using its front-facing camera. The phone is powered by a 5,100mAh battery. Other features could include an IP67 rating, an under-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, GPS, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
