Samsung’s Galaxy AI offers many AI-powered features that come in extremely handy in day-to-day life. One of them is Live Translate, a feature that translates voice calls, text messages, and face-to-face conversations in your preferred languages. Up until now, Live Translate was available in thirteen languages: Chinese, English (India, UK, US), French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese. Now, the company is adding support for one more language to this feature.
On X/Twitter, a post from @AhmedQwaider888 shows Samsung’s official poster announcing that Galaxy AI’s Live Translate feature now supports the Arabic language. With that, you can now use the feature for two-way Arabic translation in voice calls, text messages, and face-to-face conversations. For instance, if you are on a call and the other person is speaking in Arabic, Live Translate can now translate that person’s voice into English and your voice into Arabic, removing the language barrier between you two.
Samsung seems to be rolling out the support for the Arabic language in Live Translate globally. To get it, head to Galaxy Store » Menu » Updates and get all the available updates. On a related note, Samsung added support for seven languages and five dialects to Galaxy AI, making the suite of AI features more useful to everyone globally.
