Alongside the Galaxy S23 (pre-reserve to get $50 in-store credit), Samsung will also unveil the Galaxy Book 3 laptop lineup on February 1. Some images and specifications of the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra leaked a few days ago. Owing to its Ultra tag, we hoped it would bring some top-of-the-line specifications, confirmed by a new leak that reveals most of its specifications.

Galaxy Book 3 Ultra has 13th Gen Intel Core i9 CPU, RTX 4070 GPU, 136W charging

Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra Display

According to an exclusive report from MySmartPrice, the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra will feature a 16-inch 2.8K (2,880 x 1,800 pixels) OLED screen, the Intel Core i9-13900H processor (13th Gen series), up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The laptop will also come equipped with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, which is powerful enough to run the latest AAA gaming titles at a high refresh rate. So, we expect the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra to feature a high-refresh-rate display.

If the report is accurate, Samsung has managed to fit all this great hardware in a 17mm thin laptop that weighs 1.8kg. That's almost as thin as the latest-generation Apple MacBook Pro and lighter. The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra will reportedly come equipped with a 76WHr battery that can be charged using a bundled 136W USB PD charger. The laptop will run Windows 11 and have an AKG-tuned quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos.

Galaxy Book 3 Pro has 2.8K OLED screen, 13th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 CPU

The Galaxy Book 3 Pro will reportedly be available in 14-inch and 16-inch versions. It will have a 2.8K OLED screen, similar to the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, but it may lack a high-refresh-rate display as it is powered by an Intel Core i5-1340P or an Intel Core i7-1360P processor with integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU. The 14-inch version will be 11mm thin, weigh 1.2kg, and has a 63WHr battery. The 16-inch version is 13mm thin, weigh 1.3kg, and has a 76WHr battery. Both laptops will have a 65W charger.

Expect Samsung's all upcoming high-end laptops to feature metal bodies, OLED screens, AKG-tuned speakers, and USB PD chargers.
