We exclusively revealed a few days ago that Samsung would unveil the Galaxy Book 3 lineup alongside the Galaxy S23. The devices will go official during the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 Part 1 event in the first week of February 2023. Now, the first images of the Galaxy Book 3 series have leaked, and it looks like Samsung is bringing its first ‘Ultra' laptop.
The folks over at TheTechOutlook have leaked the first set of promotional images of the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, Galaxy Book 3 Pro, and the Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360. All three laptops are quite thin and appear to feature a metal design. The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra has a large display and a full-sized keyboard with a number pad. So, it is possible that it has a 15.6-inch or a 16-inch screen. The device has a MacBook Pro-like notch below the trackpad to open the screen.
Going by its naming, it is possible that it features pro-grade features like a Super AMOLED screen with a high refresh rate, an Intel Core i7/i9 processor, probably a dedicated GPU, and a high-capacity battery. Its webcam appears to have multiple sensors, so it could feature a Windows Hello authentication system with an IR scanner.
The Galaxy Book 3 Pro and the Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 have multiple USB Type-C ports and a microSD card slot. The Galaxy Book 3 Pro could have three USB Type-C ports (probably Thunderbolt 4), while the Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 could have two USB Type-C ports due to its 360-degree hinge. The Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 also has a touchscreen rotating display with an S Pen.
We could expect Samsung to bring 13th Gen. Intel processors to the Galaxy Book 3 laptops. We can also expect the company to bring some Samsung ecosystem features, including Buds Auto Switch, Quick Share, S Note, and Second Screen. We would get more information about these laptops in early February.
