Nearly two months ago, Samsung announced the Galaxy Book 6 Edge. It is the company’s latest high-end laptop and succeeds the Galaxy Book 4 Edge, which was launched two years ago. The new laptop comes with an upgraded chip and a better display.
The Galaxy Book 6 Edge is priced at $2,100 and is available for purchase in the US through Samsung’s website. It comes with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The laptop is available in a single color: Gray Blue.

The laptop features a 16-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with WQXGA+ (2,880 x 1,800 pixels) resolution, a 120Hz variable refresh rate, and an anti-reflective coating. It also has a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, a full-size backlit keyboard with a numeric keypad, a large multitouch glass trackpad, and a fingerprint reader.

Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Book 6 Edge with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite (X2E-88-100) processor, featuring an 18-core CPU, an Adreno GPU, and an NPU capable of delivering up to 80 TOPS of AI performance. The laptop comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of eUFS storage.

Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB 4.0 Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Type-A port, one HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The laptop is powered by a 61.4Wh battery and supports 65W fast charging. Samsung claims the device can last up to 22 hours on a single charge when playing videos offline.
The Galaxy Book 6 Edge runs Windows 11 and features Copilot+. It also includes Samsung ecosystem features such as AI Select, Intelligent Search, Multi Control, Quick Share, Samsung Notes, SmartThings, and Storage Share. The laptop measures 13.2mm thick and weighs 1.55kg.
