Samsung has launched the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao edition in South Korea. It is inspired by the birth of giant twin pandas—Hui Bao and Rui Bao—at Samsung's Everland theme park near Seoul, South Korea. People can either buy the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao package that comes with the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and the Twin Bao cases or buy the cases separately.

Twin pandas, Hui Bao and Rui Bao, were born on July 7, 2023. The name Hui Bao translates to “shining treasure,” while the name Rui Bao means “wise treasure.” The graphite model of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro comes with the Ruibao case, while the white Galaxy Buds 2 Pro comes with the Huibao case. This limited-edition Galaxy Buds 2 Pro package is priced at KRW 195,000 ($146). People can buy it from Samsung.com starting February 21, 2024. The Twin Bao cases can be bought separately for KRW 42,900 ($32), and they are compatible with the Galaxy Buds FE, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds 2, and Galaxy Buds Pro.

The faces and features of the twin panda sisters, including the stripes on the back and the shape of their noses, are accurately reflected in the cases. The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao edition can be checked out at some retail stores, including Samsung Gangnam, Bucheon Jung-dong, Starfield Hanam, The Hyundai Seoul, Gwanggyo Galleria, Pangyo Hyundai, and AK Bundang.

A Samsung executive said, “This package is a product that allows you to enjoy the loveliness of ‘Galaxy Buds 2 Pro’ and Twin Bao. It is also recommended to use it as a couple item with a friend or partner in line with the concept of Twin Bao.
