A new Galaxy Buds 3 leak has revealed how the next set of wireless earbuds from Samsung may disappoint everyone with its design. The folks over at 91Mobiles have leaked images of what they claim is the Galaxy Buds 3 retail box, showing what may be the cheapest-looking earbuds from Samsung yet.
Galaxy Buds 3 design looks unbelievably bad
In fact, the earbuds pictured below look so bad that we're almost inclined to believe this may be a fake. The earbuds and the charging case shown on the retail box look vastly different than any Galaxy Buds that have come before. The graphics and content on it also don't look like something that Samsung would go for.
The Buds 3 also appears to be quite different than the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Both models are set to bring a new design that includes a stem like the Apple AirPods, but what we have seen in leaked Galaxy Buds 3 Pro renders doesn't really match what we're seeing here. That's another hint that this is a fake or a counterfeit product.
Since the images look fake, there is no point in going through the specifications mentioned on the box. That being said, authentic leaks have already revealed some of the features that the Galaxy Buds 3 will offer. Before we discuss those, watch our video below to check out the five upgrades we are hoping to see from Galaxy Buds 3.
According to previous leaks, the Galaxy Buds 3 will offer a single-driver audio setup, unlike the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which will have a dual-driver audio setup. Other features will include active noise cancellation (ANC), IP57 rating for water and dust resistance, and 24-hour battery life claim from Samsung.
Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy Buds 3 alongside the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra on 10 July 2024.
