A couple of days ago, it was revealed that Samsung could soon launch an affordable smartphone called the Galaxy F15 5G. It could be extremely similar to the Galaxy A15 5G, which was unveiled a couple of months ago, in terms of features and specifications. We now have the first look at the design of the Galaxy F15 5G, as its image has leaked.
Galaxy F15 5G design leaked ahead of launch
The Galaxy F15 5G looks extremely identical to the Galaxy A15 5G, according to the image published by 91Mobiles. The phone has three rear-facing cameras, and it will be available in at least three colors: Black, Mint, and Purple. The only design change appears to be the lack of the ‘Key Island' design that is present on the Galaxy A15 5G.
Possible Galaxy F15 5G specifications
Since the Galaxy A15 5G features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, we can expect a similar screen on the Galaxy F15 5G. The phone could also feature the same MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor, 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot found on the Galaxy A15 5G. Looking at Samsung's habit of using bigger batteries than Galaxy A series phones in Galaxy F series phones, the Galaxy F15 5G could have a bigger battery than the Galaxy A15 5G. It could mean that the Galaxy F15 5G may have a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast wired charging.
Other features that we expect to see on the Galaxy F15 5G include a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 13MP selfie camera. It may be able to record 1080p videos at 30fps. It may also have GPS, dual-SIM card slot with 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a fingerprint reader.
