Samsung is ready to launch one more mid-range smartphone in India. This time, it is launching a rebadged version of the Galaxy M34 5G that was launched in the country a few weeks ago. And the Galaxy M34 5G is itself a tweaked version of the Galaxy A34 5G that debuted earlier this year.
The Galaxy F34 5G will be launched in India on August 7. The phone will be available exclusively through Flipkart, similar to most other Galaxy F series phones. The design and specifications of the upcoming mid-range phone are exactly identical to the Galaxy M34 5G. So, we are looking at a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1,000 nits of peak brightness with Vision Booster. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
Unlike the Galaxy A34 5G, though, the Galaxy F34 5G will not have stereo speakers, an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, and an in-display fingerprint reader. It is expected to come equipped with the Exynos 1280 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. It will run Android 13-based One UI 5.1 out of the box and could get four Android OS updates. It is powered by a 6,000mAh battery that supports up to 25W fast charging. It comes in two colors: Electric Black and Mystic Green.
On the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera. On the rear, the Galaxy F34 5G has a 50MP primary camera with OIS. It also seems to have an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. Samsung is teasing camera features like Fun Mode, Nightography, and Single Take for its upcoming mid-ranger. The phone has GPS, 5G (dual-SIM card slot), Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type C port. The phone will be priced below the INR 17,000 mark in India.
