One of the seventeen Samsung smartphones/tablets about which there was no clarity if it would get One UI 8.5 was the Galaxy F34. Well, there’s some great news for the phone’s owners; the brand has released the new software for the phone.
One of the first countries where Samsung is rolling out the One UI 8.5 update for the Galaxy F34 is India (via Mohammed Khatri). It is 2,784.55MB in size and carries firmware version E346BXXUCFZE6 (via Samsung Community).
Along with that, it also brings the May 2026 security patch, which addresses 36 security issues present in the previous version of the OS, making the phone more secure. To get the latest firmware, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Compared to One UI 8.0, One UI 8.5 uses a new version of Android (Android 16 vs. Android 16 QPR2). Along with the upgrades the new version of the OS offers, Samsung has baked in many visual changes and new features, which you can check out in our video below.
