The Galaxy Fit 2 is reaching another market. Indeed, even though Samsung had launched the Galaxy Fit 2 exactly three months ago, the wearable is not yet available for purchase everywhere. Thankfully for Samsung fans in Vietnam, the Galaxy Fit 2 has been officially confirmed to arrive in the country before the end of this week.
Samsung will make the Galaxy Fit 2 available to customers in Vietnam on December 4. The wearable will be available in two color options, black and red, and customers who will be buying a smartphone along with the Galaxy Fit 2 will benefit from a hefty discount on the wearable.
40% off when pairing with a new smartphone purchase
The Galaxy Fit 2 is already a cost-effective fitness tracker but customers in Vietnam will have the opportunity to acquire it for an even lower price. The product will cost VND 1,090,000 come December 4, however, customers who'll also be buying a new smartphone along with the Galaxy Fit 2 will be able to acquire the wearable for nearly half the price, or 650,000 ($28).
The wearable is reaching the market just in time for the holiday shopping season and it wouldn't be all that surprising if the Galaxy Fit 2 will be attached to other discounts and offers before the end of the year.
As to what you can expect from the product itself, the Galaxy Fit 2 is capable of recognizing six physicals activities on its own and more than 90 activities through the Samsung Health smartphone app. The wearable is powered by a 159mAh battery that offers up to 21 days of usage on a single charge or 14 days with the continuous heart monitoring feature enabled.
