Samsung is treating the Galaxy Fold 5G with the same update it released for the LTE variant a couple of weeks ago, enriching the user experience with a handful of new camera features and better security thanks to the inclusion of the May 2020 security patch. The new update carries firmware version F907BXXU3BTDD and it is presently available in the UK.
Pro video mode and Single take are here for the Galaxy Fold 5G
The Galaxy Fold 5G got a variety of new features early last month thanks to the release of One UI 2.1. But as explained shortly after the initial launch, not every One UI 2.1 feature was included in that release. Now, with the latest firmware update rolling out in the UK, the Galaxy Fold 5G finally benefits from Pro video mode, Single Take, as well as 4K selfie videos at 60 frames per second. You can check this guide to learn how you can enable 4K 60fps selfie video mode on the Galaxy Fold 5G.
The new update also includes the May 2020 security patch. It fixes a variety of Android OS vulnerabilities and SVEs (Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures).
