Samsung has released a new software update to the original Galaxy Fold and the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Both phones have started getting the April 2022 security update in a few markets.
The latest software update for the original Galaxy Fold (SM-F900F) has firmware version F900FXXS6HVC8. The update is rolling out in Colombia, France, and Panama. For the Galaxy Note 10 Lite, the update has been released in France with firmware version N770FXXU8GVD5.
The new update brings the April 2022 security patch to the smartphones. It fixes over 88 privacy and security vulnerabilities. The update might also include some general bug fixes and device stability improvements.
If you are a Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Note 10 Lite user in the respective countries mentioned above, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
