Samsung India is prepping for the launch of two new entry-level smartphones, the Galaxy M01 and the Galaxy M11. However, pricing for both smartphones has been leaked ahead of the official announcement. Earlier this week, possible Indian pricing for the two phones was suggested, but the new leak seems more accurate.

According to noted tipster Ishan Agarwal, Samsung will launch the Galaxy M01 in India for INR 8,999 (around $120) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. The variant of the Galaxy M11 3GB RAM and 32GB storage could cost INR 10,999 (around $145), while the variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage could launch with a price tag of INR 12,999 (around $170).

This pricing is for retail stores, and online stores could price the Galaxy M01 and the Galaxy M11 phones differently.

Galaxy M01 specs

The Galaxy M01 will make its debut with the Indian market. It could feature a 5.7-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a waterdrop-shaped notch. The phone runs Android 10 with One UI 2.0. The Galaxy M01 seems to be equipped with the Snapdragon 439 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. The phone will likely feature a dual-camera setup, consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor.

The phone will feature a dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It lacks a fingerprint reader. We had revealed earlier that the Galaxy M01 would be launched in at least four Asian markets, including India, Nepal, Russia, and Sri Lanka. The upcoming entry-level smartphone will come in at least three color variants: black, blue, and red.

Galaxy M11 specs

The Galaxy M11 has already been launched in Vietnam. It features a 6.4-inch IPS LCD screen with HD resolution and a punch-hole cutout in the top-left corner for the selfie camera. It runs Android 10 with One UI 2.0 and uses the Snapdragon 450 SoC. It has 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and it supports 15W fast charging.

At the rear, the Galaxy M11 has a triple-camera setup, including a 13MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels. It has a rear-facing fingerprint reader. The Galaxy M11 also features GPS, dual-SIM card slot, LTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes in three colors: black, blue, and violet.
