The Galaxy M05 is priced at INR 7,999, and it comes in a single color (Mint Green) and just one variant (4GB RAM + 64GB storage). The phone is available for purchase through Amazon India, Samsung India's website, and select retail stores across the country.

The smartphone sports a 6.7-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution. It has a 50MP primary rear camera with an F1.8 aperture and Full HD video recording at 60fps. It also has a 2MP depth sensor on the rear that helps capture images with a background blur effect. It has an 8MP front-facing camera.

Samsung has equipped the Galaxy M05 with the MediaTek Helio G85 processor. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. A microSD card slot is present for storage expansion. It features a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.
