The international variant of the Galaxy M14 5G, which has the model number SM-M146B, is getting a new software update and it offers Samsung’s August 2024 security patch that fixes 50 security issues, making the device safer than ever.
The software update has firmware version M146BXXS6CXH1. At the moment, units across many regions are getting the latest security update, including India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.

As usual, head to Settings » Software update » Download and install to get the latest software update. We have made the new firmware available in our database. So, you can get it from there too, and install it manually using Odin.
Samsung has two major software updates under the pipeline for its phones and tablets: Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 and Android 15-based One UI 7.0. While the Galaxy M14 5G isn’t eligible for the former, it will get the latter by the end of this year,
