Well, it's a pleasant surprise for Galaxy M32 5G users! Samsung has started rolling out the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update to the Galaxy M32 5G ahead of many other high-end and pricier mid-range smartphones. The update is currently rolling out in India.
The Android 13 update, featuring One UI 5.0, for the Galaxy M32 5G comes with firmware version M326BDDU4CVK1. The update also brings the November 2022 security patch that fixes close to four dozen security vulnerabilities. The update could be released in other countries within the next few days.
If you have a Galaxy M32 5G in India, you can now download the stable Android 13 update on your smartphone by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
What's new with Galaxy M32 5G Android 13 update
The Android 13 update features a slightly refreshed UI design, featuring the improved Color Palette feature, Material You dynamic icon support for third-party apps, stacked widgets, bigger app icons in the notifications area, and smoother animations. The update also brings dozens of new features to the stock apps.
The performance of the phone has improved a bit. There are per-app language settings, simplified privacy and security controls, an improved privacy dashboard, and better accessibility features. Samsung has added new emojis, animated emoji pairs, and AR Emojis.
Bixby Routines has been rebranded to Modes & Routines, and it has been simplified so that more people can use it. The One UI 5.0 update also brings the OCR feature, which means that stock apps can extract text from images and the live camera feed. Built-in image and video editors have improved as well.
