Samsung has added improved apps and performance to the Galaxy M32 as a part of the One UI 5.1 update. The built-in Gallery app now has a more powerful search, letting you find more than one subject simultaneously. You can even tap the face of a person to find more images of them. The Gallery app now shows EXIF information of images and videos once you swipe them up, and that information can be edited. Samsung Internet offers a combined search for matching search terms across browsing history and bookmarks. You can continue browsing the same webpages on your Windows PC that you visited on your Galaxy M32 if the devices are paired through Windows Phone Link. This feature only works via Samsung Internet on the smartphone.

One UI 5.1 brings two new widgets to the Galaxy M32: Battery and Dynamic Weather. The Battery widget displays the battery charge level of the phone and its connected wireless accessories. The Dynamic Weather widget displays current weather information in a simpler and unique way. The Settings app now offers search suggestions.
