Samsung launched the Galaxy M35 globally in May this year. However, even before the company launched the smartphone globally, we learned that the brand would bring the phone to India. Well, slightly more than a month after the global launch, we finally have an official confirmation about the device’s launch in India. That’s not all though. Samsung has also revealed when it’s going to launch the Galaxy M35 in India.

Amazon India has created a special page for the Galaxy M35, which says that Samsung will launch the smartphone in India during the Amazon Prime Day event, which will be live from 20 July 2024 to 21 July 2024. In other words, the South Korean tech giant will launch the Galaxy M35 in the Indian market on either 20 July 2024 or 21 July 2024. So, we are only twenty days away from the launch of Galaxy M35 in India.

Samsung Galaxy M35 Official India Launch Poster

Considering that Amazon India has listed the Galaxy M35, it will be one of the platforms that will sell the smartphone in India. Samsung India has also made a couple of posts on X/Twitter hinting that it will launch the Galaxy M35 in India. While neither Samsung India nor Amazon India have revealed anything about the phone’s specifications, we already know them since the phone is out. Let’s check out what it offers.

Galaxy M35 specifications

The Galaxy M35 is a slightly modified version of the Galaxy A35. There are three major differences between the two smartphones. First, the Galaxy A35 has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance but the Galaxy M35 doesn’t. Second, the former has Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection on the display but the latter doesn’t. Third, the Galaxy M35 features a 6,000mAh battery whereas the Galaxy A35 has a 5,000mAh battery.

The Galaxy M35 features a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the smartphone is the Exynos 1380 chipset. Globally, the phone is available in two memory configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. It ships with Android 14-based One UI 6.1.

The story continues after the video…

The rear camera setup has three cameras, a 50MP primary camera with a wide lens, PDAF, and OIS, an 8MP camera with an ultrawide lens, and a 5MP camera with a macro lens. The front camera has a 13MP resolution. The primary rear and front cameras can record videos at up to 4K resolution and 30 frames per second frame rate.

As mentioned before, the Galaxy M35 packs a 6,000mAh battery, which should make it last very long on a single charge. It supports charging at up to 25W. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 5G cellular connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and USB Type-C port. There are two speakers on board in a stereo setup.
