Three days ago, the Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10+ received a new security patch, while the Galaxy Note 10 Lite was left out. Today, Samsung has released the July 2022 security update to the Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
The new Galaxy Note 10 Lite update comes with firmware version N770FXXS8GVF4. It is rolling out in France, and more countries could get the update within the next few days. The July 2022 security patch fixes over 50 privacy and security vulnerabilities. The update could also bring general bug fixes and better device stability.
If you are a Galaxy Note 10 Lite user in France, you can download the new software update by heading over to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
Samsung debuted the Galaxy Note 10 Lite three years ago with Android 10-based One UI 2 on board. The S Pen-toting phone received the Android 11 update in early 2021 and the Android 12-based One UI 4 update earlier this year.
