Samsung surprised everyone yesterday by releasing the stable version of the Android 12 update to the Galaxy S21. Today, the company has released the November 2021 security update to the Galaxy S10 Lite.
The latest software update for the Galaxy S10 Lite comes with firmware version G770FXXS6EUK1. The update comes with the November 2021 security patch that fixes dozens of vulnerabilities found in Android and Galaxy devices in general. While we don't have the changelog for the update yet, it might also contain device stability improvements.
The new update is currently available in Spain, but it should expand to more markets over the next few weeks. If you are in Spain and have a Galaxy S10 Lite, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy S10 Lite in early 2020 with Android 10-based One UI 2. The company released the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update to the smartphone earlier this year. The device will get at least one major Android OS update in the future.
