Samsung started rolling out the October 2021 security update to its smartphones last week, and the Galaxy S21 series was the first to get the update. Over the past five days, the new security update has been released to the Galaxy A50, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20, Galaxy Z Flip 3, and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. Now, the update is available for the Galaxy S20 FE 5G.
The smartphone has started getting the new software update in various European countries. The update comes with firmware version G781BXXS4CUI1 and includes the October 2021 security patch. Samsung has not detailed the information regarding bugs and vulnerabilities it has fixed with the latest security patch. We expect the company to publish the documentation within the first half of this month.
