Over the past few days, Samsung has released the feature-rich One UI 4.1 update to various high-end and mid-range phones, including the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy A52 5G, Galaxy A42, and the Galaxy M52.
The One UI 4.1 update has started rolling out to the Galaxy S20 FE 5G with firmware version G781BXXU4FVC2. The update is currently rolling out in Poland, and more European and Asian markets are expected to get the update over the next few weeks. The new software also includes the March 2022 security patch that fixes 50 vulnerabilities.
If you are a Galaxy S20 FE 5G user in Poland, you can check for the new update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually. Don't forget to back up your data, though.
Galaxy S20 FE 5G One UI 4.1 features
The One UI 4.1 update includes Google Duo Live Sharing, Smart Widgets, an improved Color Palette, and the ability to capture portrait images even in low-light conditions. It also offers the ability to add portrait effects to any image with a person in it and adjust the lighting. The built-in image editor supports removing objects, reflections, and shadows.
With the new update, the Galaxy S20 FE 5G also allows adding GIFs from Tenor to your own AR Emoji avatars. You can add background colors to mask mode and convert real-world objects to 3D stickers. Samsung Health allows deeper health and fitness insights and offers tips to reach your health goals. Smart Switch is now more customizable.
SmartThings Find allows you to share lost items with your family and friends together. Quick Share now allows sharing Wi-Fi credentials and editing history for images shared with others. Samsung Keyboard now features more languages and layouts, and it has Grammarly-powered writing suggestions.
