The new software update for the Galaxy S21 FE is available in Ireland, Spain, and the UK. It comes with firmware version G990BXXS6FWL5 and includes the January 2024 security patch that fixes 75 security-related software flaws discovered in the previous version of the software. The update doesn't bring any new features or performance improvements. It could include screen burn-in protection, though, which was removed from some phones when the Android 14 update arrived.
