Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S22 series two days ago and started accepting pre-orders for its new phones in a few markets. However, in India, the company hasn't started taking pre-orders. Instead, the company is allowing interested Indian buyers to pre-reserve their Galaxy S22 series device.

People in India can pre-reserve the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, or the Galaxy S22 Ultra through Samsung India's website by paying INR 1,999. Once the phones go up on pre-order, people can pay the remaining amount if they decide to go ahead with their purchase. If they change their mind, they can get a 100% refund on the pre-reservation fee.

The South Korean firm is offering a free Galaxy SmartTag worth INR 2,699 with each Galaxy S22 series pre-reservation. The company is yet to reveal pre-order benefits for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra. As usual, people can expect cashback offers from leading credit and debit card providers. As per some reports, the Galaxy S22 series will go on pre-order in India on February 22, 2022, and sales could begin on March 11, 2022.

The Galaxy S22 and the Galaxy S22+ will be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB/256GB storage variants. They will launch in Black, Green, and White color variants. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will be launched in 12GB RAM + 256GB/512GB storage variants and Phantom Black and Phantom White color variants.
