Just days before the expected announcement of the Galaxy S23 FE, almost all its specifications have leaked. Its images were leaked multiple times, and now, the phone's hands-on video has appeared online, giving us a closer look at the phone and how it looks in real life.
Galaxy S23 FE hands-on video
The Galaxy S23 FE was handled (via Sondesix) in what appears to be a smartphone store. The device can be seen in its black/grey avatar, and its metal frame is clearly visible. The default wallpaper can also be seen in this leaked hands-on video. The bezels around the screen seem quite thick and are on the lines of the Galaxy A54 that was launched earlier this year.
Leaked Galaxy S23 FE specifications
The Galaxy S23 FE has a 5.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+. The phone has a 10MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The phone has stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint reader, and an IP68 rating. It will come with Android 13 pre-installed, and going by Samsung's track record, we can expect it to get at least four major Android OS updates.
Previous leaks have revealed that it comes in Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 versions. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 version of the phone will be sold in Canada, China, and the US, while the rest of the world will get access to the Exynos 2200 version. It has 8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, and a 4,500mAh battery. It has 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
