Currently, Samsung is rolling out the latest security update to international as well as carrier-locked and carrier-unlocked variants of the three phones for the United States. The new firmware for the international variant is live in many African, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries, including India, South Africa, and UAE.

The version of the new firmware for international variants is S91XBXXS6CXFC, for carrier-locked models is S91XUSQS4CXE9, and for carrier-unlocked variants is S91XU1UES4CXE9.
If your Galaxy S23 hasn’t notified you about the update, you can check it manually by going to Settings » Software update » Download and install.
If you don’t see an update, then it means that Samsung hasn’t made it available in your region or for your device. In that case, keep checking every now and then until you see it.
