Samsung has started teasing the launch of a new color option for the Galaxy S23 series in India. Earlier today, the company tweeted a picture in green, mentioning “Epic has a new shade” and “Coming Soon.” The image also included a few lime slices, which makes us believe that it will be the Lime color.
Galaxy S23 is launching in India in its Lime color
It looks like Samsung will launch the Lime color variants of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ in India. Earlier this year, the South Korean firm launched the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ in four color options: Cream, Green, Lavender, and Phantom Black. Now, the phones could be launched in the Lime color option.
Some reports claim that the new color will be launched in India sometime next week. After the launch of this new color option, the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ will be available in a total of five colors. It should retain the same price of INR 74,999 (around $728), even for the Lime color.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is already available in the Lime color in India, but it is exclusively available through Samsung.com. It is available in three standard colors—Phantom Black, Cream, and Green—and four online-exclusive colors: Red, Graphite, Lime, and Sky Blue.
