Samsung launches the Fan Edition or FE variant of its Galaxy S flagship later part of the year and with that time fast approaching us, news and rumors about the Galaxy S24 FE are now coming up with renewed vigor.
The latest brings us the expected color options that Samsung will offer to customers who buy the Galaxy S24 FE. Can you take a guess as to what will be the primary color option that Samsung prioritizes for this phone?
Galaxy S24 FE is Back in Black
It's black. No surprises there. Black tends to be the most sought after color for phones so it's no surprise that Samsung is making the bulk of the Galaxy S24 FE units in black color. Other color options for the new device, as revealed by DSCC's Ross Yong, include Gray, Light Blue, Light Green, and Yellow.
We've already seen a glimpe of the Light Green color in the leaked Galaxy S24 FE renders that surfaced last month. It did reveal slimmer bezels compared to the predecessor in addition to a larger display which is expected to measure 6.65-inch.
Don't count on a Snapdragon chipset in this device, though. Earlier reports have suggested that the Galaxy S24 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset, the same chipset that Samsung used for some variants of the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ this year.
The handset will feature 12GB of RAM, run Android 14 out of the box, and feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 12-megapixel ultra-wide and 8/10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
No word as yet on when Samsung intends to launch the Galaxy S24 FE but we'll likely see it arrive either at the end of this year or in early next year.
