At present, stable One UI 7 is available only for the newly launched Galaxy S25 series. However, the update will eventually land on more devices, such as the Galaxy S24. The latter has been a test bench for One UI 7 for the past couple of months.

One of the phones that weren't included in the beta program but are technically in the queue for the stable One UI 7 update is the Galaxy S24 FE.

When will the FE phone get One UI 7? Time will tell, but according to a new rumor (via @tarunvats33), the Galaxy S24 FE might start receiving the stable One UI 7 firmware on March 31.

Before you get too excited, remember that firmware release dates are almost always tentative and subject to change, depending on how development goes behind closed doors.

Unpredictable things can happen during development. Samsung knows this, which is why the company never officially announces fixed release dates for upcoming firmware updates. The company chooses to be safe than sorry, and it's preferable for Galaxy S24 FE users to be just as prudent.

In other words, keep your eyes open for March 31, but don't get your hopes up so high to where you might end up disappointed if nothing exciting happens on that day.

With that being said, behind closed doors, Samsung could be planning to release One UI 7 for the Galaxy S24 FE on March 31. That date might be on the company's tentative secret roadmap, but whether or not Samsung can pull it off is to be determined.

As a side note, assuming that One UI 7 goes live for the Galaxy S24 FE on March 31, you can be almost certain that the stable update will become available for the S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra before then. Since the S24 trio is the only one with access to One UI 7 beta, it's logical to assume that the Fan Edition S24 variant won't beat its siblings to the finish line.

We'll keep you posted. In the meantime, have a look at our One UI 7 hands-on video below.
