The South Korean firm has worked with Krafton to optimize the Dark And Darker Mobile game for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6. All these phones use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy processor. The game now operates smoothly and offers a consistent experience. Using the latest Unreal Engine technologies, the two companies have brought advanced and immersive technologies like Vulkan 3D graphics and ray tracing.
For its latest foldable phones, Samsung has helped bring foldable-specific features, including App Continuity. When you play the game on the inner foldable screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and fold the phone, the game continues smoothly on the phone's cover screen. The latest version of the Dark And Darker Mobile game also features Dolby Atmos audio for a more immersive gaming experience.
Joonseok Ahn, the Executive Producer at Bluehole Studio, said that the two companies will continue to collaborate to bring similar optimizations to other Krafton games. This is the same firm that oversees the ultra-popular PUBG Mobile and BGMI games for smartphones and tablets.
The South Korean firm didn't say whether these optimizations will come to its recent high-end phones equipped with the Exynos 2400 processor, such as the Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24+.
