Galaxy S25 Edge uses 8-core variant of Snapdragon 8 Elite, not 7-core
The Galaxy S25 Edge with model number SM-S937B was spotted (via Roland Quandt) in Geekbench's database, revealing its processor, RAM, operating system, and performance. The phone appears to be using the 8-core CPU variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. It also features 12GB RAM and runs Android 15 (One UI 7.0).
The chipset's two prime CPU cores seem to be clocked at 4.47GHz, while its six performance cores appear to be running at 3.53GHz. So, this is the same Snapdragon 8 Elite For Galaxy chip used in the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The phone scored 2,806 points in Geekbench 6's single-core CPU performance test and 8,416 points in the multi-core CPU performance test.
