Galaxy S25 FE gets second One UI 9.0 beta update

Samsung has released the second One UI 9.0 beta for the Galaxy S25 FE, a week after opening the beta program.

The update adds new AI features and fixes Bixby Vision translation errors, Contacts app crashes, and Wi‑Fi disconnects.

It is currently rolling out in South Korea as a 411.20MB download, with wider availability expected soon.

A week after opening the One UI 9.0 (Android 17) beta program for the Galaxy S25 FE, Samsung has now released the second beta version of the new software for the phone.

It brings a total of four changes, including new features and bug fixes. You can check out the official changelog below (via Samsung Community, Tarun Vats).

Added new AI features

Fixed Bixby Vision translation errors

Improved temporary crashing in the Contacts app

Improved WiFi connection drop issues

The new AI features include Custom Cards in Now Brief, Now Nudge, and My FanCam. My FanCam can track a person in an existing video and automatically reframe the footage around them, while Call Brief brings useful context directly to the call screen.

Currently, Samsung seems to be rolling it out only in its home country, South Korea. The update is 411.20MB in size and carries firmware version S731NKSU9ZZI4.

Samsung should release the second One UI 9.0 beta for the Galaxy S25 FE soon. You can get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
